Event production in the UK
London • Manchester • Bristol • Birmingham • Leeds
We know the rooms.
Phuket builds the show. London finds the room and fills it. The UK side of Out Out Media grew out of years of promoting club shows across the country, so the offer here runs from venue sourcing and the deal, through production and licensing, to marketing, photography and video. One company at both ends for anyone moving a show between the UK and Asia. Company wide, the page is event production in Thailand.
What we do in the UK
Production management first. The UK has a hire company for everything, so the value is not in owning the kit, it is in writing the right spec for the room, hiring it from people who turn up, rigging it safely, running the show and handing the venue back clean. Our production manager holds the contract, the budget and the run sheet; the crew is ours; the hire is local. Stage and lighting design for a club, a warehouse or a field, sound that respects the limiter, power that does not trip at midnight.
Then everything around it. Venue sourcing for promoters, agencies and brands who do not have the contacts. Licensing, from the venue's own premises licence to a Temporary Event Notice or a Safety Advisory Group. Artist logistics: flights, hotels, drivers, riders, settlement. Marketing: the campaign, the creative, paid social and the reporting that says what sold. Media: photography, videography, the aftermovie and content cut for the artist and the venue on the day.
Finding the room
This is where the UK offer is different. Tell us the artist or the concept, the capacity you expect to sell and the month, and we come back with a shortlist: rooms that fit, what each costs on that night of the week, the curfew, the sound limit and what the venue will want to see before they say yes. We hold dates, negotiate the deal and, if you want, run the night. London first, then Manchester, Bristol, Leeds, Birmingham, Glasgow and Brighton. From a 300 capacity basement to a 2,000 capacity warehouse.
What a UK club deal looks like, because nobody explains it: a hire fee, a door split or a bar guarantee, sometimes a mix, with the balance depending on how sure the venue is that you will sell. Midweek is cheaper and quieter; Friday and Saturday are the venue's own nights and cost accordingly. Every room wants a promoter pack: the artist, the last three shows, the marketing plan and who is putting their name on the door. We write it with you.
Marketing and media
A show that nobody hears about is a rehearsal. The marketing side runs inside the production contract or on its own: campaign planning, artwork and creative, paid social with a budget you can see, content for the run up and the night, and a report after that says what worked. The media side is the crew with cameras: photography, videography, a same night edit for the artist's channels and the aftermovie that sells the next date. The same team shoots the shows we build in Thailand, so the look carries across.

Rules, licences and curfews
Most UK shows sit under the venue's premises licence, which fixes the hours, the capacity and the noise conditions before you sign anything, so we read it first. A Temporary Event Notice covers a site without a licence or an extension to one, up to 499 people, with the council notified at least ten working days ahead. Larger outdoor events go through the council's Safety Advisory Group with the police, fire and ambulance services in the room. Sound limiters, residential noise conditions and a curfew that stops the night at the licensed minute are all written into the run sheet as hard stops, because a stopped show is more expensive than a changed flyer.
Who we work with in the UK
Overseas promoters and agencies bringing an artist for a first UK run who need rooms, dates and a production partner rather than a venue's house team. Brands that want a launch in a real club with a real crowd instead of a hotel function room. Artists from Thailand and South East Asia coming the other way. UK promoters taking a night to Phuket, Bali, Portugal or Spain who want one team at both ends. And festival organisers who want the same production manager on the UK date and the Asian one.
The modules in the UK
In the UK kit and stage is hired locally with our production manager and crew running it. Full production is the common one: venue, spec, hire, licensing, artist logistics and the budget. End to end is the whole thing, room to aftermovie, marketing included. The modules are explained on services, and the builds are in the work.

Kit, then crew, then the whole thing.

Questions promoters ask
UK shows, answered
Do you have kit in the UK?
No. The kit lives in Phuket. UK shows are hired from London and Manchester suppliers we have used before, with our production manager writing the spec, checking the kit and running the show. You get the local hire price with our name on the contract and one person on the floor who answers to you.
Can you find us a club venue in London?
Yes. Send the artist or concept, the capacity you expect to sell and the month. We come back with a shortlist of rooms that fit, what each one costs on that night of the week, the curfew and what the promoter pack needs to contain. We hold dates, negotiate the deal and can run the production and the marketing once the room is signed. London first, then Manchester, Bristol, Leeds, Birmingham, Glasgow and Brighton.
What does a UK club show cost?
The room decides it. A midweek date in a 300 capacity basement is a different deal from a Saturday in a 1,500 capacity warehouse. UK venues work on a hire fee, a door split or a bar guarantee, sometimes all three, and the right structure depends on how confident you are in the sale. We tell you which quotes are fair and quote the production line by line.
Do you handle licensing and curfews in the UK?
Yes. We read the venue premises licence before a set time is announced, apply for a Temporary Event Notice where a site or an extension needs one, deal with the council and the Safety Advisory Group for larger outdoor events, and write the noise conditions into the run sheet as hard stops.
Can you do the marketing and content without the production?
Yes. Campaign, creative, paid social, content and reporting run inside the production contract or on their own, for a show we build or one you already have. Photography, videography and the aftermovie work the same way.
Can the same team run a show in the UK and in Thailand?
Yes, and that is the point of having both. A promoter taking a night from London to Phuket or Bali, or an Asian artist doing a first UK run, deals with one company, one production manager and one budget at both ends. Out Out Media Ltd holds the UK contract and Out Out Media Co., Ltd. the Thai one.
Planning a UK date?
Tell us the artist, the capacity and the month. We come back with rooms that fit, a number for each and what it takes to fill them.
