Who we are

Thailand and the UK

We mix two kinds of knowledge. One is local: how Phuket, Krabi and the islands actually work, who issues what, and which suppliers turn up. The other is how a show is run in the UK. Different teams, one way of working.

That is the offer. Out Out Media builds other people's shows, and the Chalong build is written up in the work.

How we work

Three modules, so you only pay for the gap between what you have and what the show needs. Fixed prices with every line shown. A production manager who is your one contact from the first survey to the reconciled invoice. No cut of the door, no name on your poster. You keep the event, the audience, the tickets and the data; we keep the responsibility for everything physical, and for the content, marketing and website if you put them in the contract. The three modules are kit and stage, full production and end to end.

Where we work

Phuket is home. Most of the crew are on the island. From there we cover the Andaman coast and the gulf islands, Bangkok for city shows, and Bali through a local partner. The London office covers the UK, Portugal, Spain and the rest of Europe. Each place has its own page because each one is a different job: Phuket, Bangkok, Bali and festival production across Thailand.

What we are not

We are not a hire company and we do not own a warehouse of kit. We know which rental houses are worth using, our engineer checks the stock before it ships and our crew rig and run it. We are not a promoter. We are not a venue. We are the team between the promoter and the ground, and the contract you sign is for a finished show. If you want an equipment list and a van, there are cheaper options and we will tell you who they are.
