Who we are
A production company in Phuket that builds shows across Thailand, Bali, the UK, Portugal, Spain and Europe.
Out Out Media is a festival and event production company based in Phuket. We build stages, sound, lighting and power, we run crew, permits and logistics, and when asked we take a festival from an empty site to the film of it. We work for promoters, brands, venues and agencies who have a date and an audience and need a team on the ground. The company page is event production in Thailand.
Where we came from
The company grew out of promoting. Before Out Out Media existed, the people behind it spent years putting on shows in the UK and Europe, hiring production companies, and learning the difference between the ones that quoted and the ones that delivered. When the work moved to Thailand the supplier market was thinner, the ground was harder and the paperwork was unfamiliar, and the only way to get the standard we wanted was to build the production side ourselves. So we did: the kit, the crew and the relationships with the districts, the police, the landowners and the suppliers, job by job, from Phuket.
That is the base. The kit stayed, the crew stayed, and the relationships stayed warm. Out Out Media is the company that offers all of that to other people's shows, and the builds are in the work.
How we work
Three modules, so you only pay for the gap between what you have and what the show needs. Fixed prices with every line shown. A production manager who is your one contact from the first survey to the reconciled invoice. No cut of the door, no name on your poster. You keep the event, the audience, the tickets and the data; we keep the responsibility for everything physical, and for the content and marketing if you put them in the contract. The three modules are kit and stage, full production and end to end.
Where we work
Phuket is home. The kit and most of the crew are on the island. From there we cover the Andaman coast and the gulf islands, Bangkok for city shows, and Bali through a local partner. The London office covers dates in the UK, Portugal and Spain. Each place has its own page because each one is a different job: Phuket, Bangkok, Bali and festival production across Thailand.
What we are not
We are not a hire company, although we own kit. We are not a promoter, although we came from promoting. We are not a venue. We are the team between the promoter and the ground, and the contract you sign is for a finished show. If you want an equipment list and a van, there are cheaper options and we will tell you who they are.
