Event production in Thailand
We build the show. You keep the tickets.
We are a festival and event production company based in Phuket. We build shows across Thailand, Bali, the UK, Portugal, Spain and Europe for promoters, brands and venues who have a date and a crowd but no crew on the ground. Bring us a venue, a resort, a beach or a bare field, and we hand back a finished show with the stage, sound, lighting, power, permits and people all handled by one team.
Start with the place.
What we do
Event production in Thailand means turning a place into a venue for one night, or three, and turning it back afterwards. We do the physical build: stage decks, roof, truss, PA, lighting rig, generators and distro, barriers, fencing, crew catering, toilets and the load out. We do the paperwork: the district notification, the police permit, the sound level agreement with the neighbours, the venue licence check for alcohol. And when you want it, we do the people: local crew, artist transport and hotels, stage managers, security briefing, the runner who knows where the nearest diesel is at 4am.
The work splits into three modules so you only pay for the gap. Module 01 is kit and stage: stage, sound, lighting and power, delivered, rigged, run and struck. Module 02 is full production: everything in 01 plus crew, artist logistics, licensing and the budget. Module 03 is end to end: a date and a site at one end, a finished festival and the content at the other.
Why Thailand from Phuket
Our base is in Phuket, and that is where the kit lives and where most of our crew are from. Phuket has the airport, the hotels and the road links, so it is the easiest place in the country to land a foreign lineup and a foreign crowd. It also has the hardest ground. Sand, rain, salt air and a local council that has seen every kind of promoter come and go. If a stage stands up on a Phuket beach in January it will stand up anywhere in the country, which is why we treat Phuket as the proving ground for everything else we do.
From there the map opens up. Bangkok is warehouses, rooftops and proper venues with their own power and their own rules. Festival production across Thailand is bare land, islands and the logistics of getting a rig somewhere a truck has never been. Bali is a different country with different permits, beach clubs that already have sound and cliffs that do not, reached from Phuket in about three hours.
Who it is for
Foreign promoters bringing a brand or a tour to Thailand for the first time and who do not want to learn the supplier market the hard way. Thai promoters and venues who want a production partner that will quote a fixed price and hit it. Brands that want to show up at a festival or run their own night without looking like an advert. And artists or agencies with a lineup booked and nothing else, who would rather hand the rest over and turn up on the day.

How a job runs
You send the date, the site and the capacity. We visit the site or work from your drone footage and a survey. Within a week you get a line by line quote with the module marked, a crew list and a build schedule. You sign, we pay the suppliers, we build. On show day our production manager runs the site and you run the show. After doors close we strike, clear the ground and send the final invoice, which matches the quote unless you changed the brief.
What is yours and what is ours
Yours: the event, the audience, the data, the tickets, the money. Ours: the stage, the sound, the power, the crew, the marketing if you want it, and the problems. We do not take a percentage of the door and we do not put our name on your show. Our name goes on the invoice.
See the work: a bamboo and scaffold festival stage built on bare land in Chalong, and how we would run a truss stage on an Andaman beach and a venue show in Bangkok, or read who we are.
How it works
Kit, then crew, then the whole thing.
Questions promoters ask
Event production in Thailand, answered
How much does event production in Thailand cost?
We do not publish a rate card because the site decides the number. A venue with power and a floor costs a fraction of bare sand with nothing on it, and a 1,000 capacity show and a 5,000 capacity festival are different jobs. Send us the date, the site and the capacity and you get a fixed price back within a week, line by line, every line a cost we have actually paid to a supplier.
Do you only work in Phuket?
No. We are based in Phuket and most of our kit and crew live there, but we build across Thailand and in Bali. Bangkok is a two hour flight or an overnight truck, and we have run shows there with the same core team. See event production in Bangkok and event production in Bali for how each one works.
Who handles the event licence and police permit?
We do, as part of module 02 or 03. In Thailand an outdoor event needs the district office notified, a police permit for the noise and the crowd, and for anything selling alcohol the venue licence has to cover the date. We file the paperwork well ahead of the date and sit in the meetings. You do not need a Thai company to hire us.
How far ahead do we need to book?
A venue show with our kit is a matter of weeks. A bare land festival is a matter of months, because the permits, the ground works and the shipping of anything that is not in Thailand all run on their own clocks. High season in Phuket is December to March and the good suppliers are gone early, so if that is your window, talk to us before you announce.
Can you work with our own sound company or lighting designer?
Yes. Plenty of promoters bring a sound engineer or an LD they trust. We build around them: stage, power, rigging, crew and site are ours, the desk is theirs. We just need their spec early so the power and the rigging points are right.
Do you take a cut of ticket sales?
No. You keep the tickets, the data and the audience. We charge for the production and we invoice it. If you want a partner on the risk that is a different conversation, but our standard work is a fixed price for a finished show.
What size of event do you build?
From a 300 capacity beach party to a multi stage festival for 10,000. The bamboo and scaffold stage in Chalong was built on bare sand for a crowd of 3,000. Under 300 people at a venue that already has sound, you probably do not need us; over that, or anywhere with no infrastructure, you do.
Tell us the plan.
Date, site, capacity and what you have so far. We come back with a number and a crew list, not a brochure.
